By reserving a website and an area page on the Commercial EPC Providers website the member will be entitled to exclusive use of the website and web page for the duration of the agreed membership period. No other energy assessor will be permitted to register with our service as a commercial epc provider for the areas reserved by the current member whilst the membership remains active.

The website and area web page will remain exclusive to the member as long as the member pays the annual registration fee agreed between the member and The Commercial EPC Providers Network at the beginning of each 12 month period. This membership fee is subject to change by giving notice to the member 2 months before the end of the current years membership period.

By registering and becoming a member of the Commercial EPC Providers Network the member is entitled to trade as 'The EPC Man' and to use the logos of The EPC Man Network in all offline marketing for commerical epc's only whilst the membership remains active. Use of The EPC Man trademark online is restricted to use only on websites provided by ourselves. Use of The EPC Man trademark for domestic epc's is not permitted and we reserve the right to cancel all memberships with ourselves and to enforce our Trade Mark rights where we feel it necessary. No refunds will be made for unused part year under any circumstances.

If a member cancels membership of The EPC Man Network at any time then the right to use 'The EPC Man' wording or logos is terminated.
